You use CQRLOG and Alarm ET? You want to communicate both with WSJT software-x?
There was an article on the subject on the x8x.net site. The article is in English but the trick may be interesting.

This update mainly provides the functionality to engage the QSO from the AlarmeJT decoding window. A double click on the code allows the passage in issue WSJT-X. However this improvement works only when a DX station calls. The frame containing the code of the station, green, can receive double click.
Many code alterations have been made and some minor corrections.

New update of the 32-bit version , AlarmeJT - 0.3.1 - UDP should solve some problems , including the portion import / export ADIF becomes operational . An anti- duplication was added to the import ADIF system with a summary of QSO problematic . Map locator square now has an additional button that displays the squares for all the modes for each band. Translation UK / US is almost complete.
WARNING : If you use the update (update) please read the explanatory file on the update . The AlarmeJT.init file must be changed by hand, nothing complicated but follow the instructions.

WARNING!
Guy, ON4KLG , uncovered a problem on import ADIF . After the test, there is indeed a problem on import ADIF on both versions (32 and 64 bit) . I am currently working to resolve it. The import ADIF only worked initially as an empty log base , but it seems that some changes have disrupted this part of the software, so for the moment do not try to import on a basis other than empty.
If you are in the same situation , you can leave me a comment , thank you to inform me your version of AlarmeJT.
Thank you to consider this post

AlarmeJT 32-bit is available on SourceForge test version and downloadable archive (Ubuntu 14.04 / AlarmeJT - 32bits ) . This version is compatible with WSJTX since v 1.5.0 UDP mode. In order to make available as quickly as possible , this was amputated version of the feature ' HamSpots ' , it will therefore initially HamSpots open in a separate window from your browser ( if you wish) . Recall the other version of AlarmeJT are designed to operate on 64-bit systems.
Thank you for telling me in case of problems at this address: SourceForge
